45:8-36.1. Use of title "professional land surveyor" 5. Any person licensed as a land surveyor pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1938, c.342 (C.45:8-27 et seq.) may use the title "professional land surveyor" in the scope of the practice of land surveying. L.1992,c.64,s.5.
