Actions subject to "New Jersey Tort Claims Act"

4:19-34. Actions subject to "New Jersey Tort Claims Act" Any action undertaken pursuant to the provisions of this act shall be deemed to be an exercise of a government function and shall be subject to the provisions of the "New Jersey Tort Claims Act," N.J.S.59:1-1 et seq. L.1989, c.307, s.18.
