Specific enabling legislation required for reorganization transfer

18A:3B-36. Specific enabling legislation required for reorganization transfer 306. For the purposes of any reorganization or transfer after the effective date of this act, any commission, council, board or other body created pursuant to this act, and any public entity transferred or otherwise reorganized herein shall not be subject to the provisions of the "Executive Reorganization Act of 1969," P.L.1969, c.203 (C.52:14C-1 et seq.), but shall require specific enabling legislation.
