Seniority rights

11A:9-10. Seniority rights 11A:9-10. Seniority rights. At the time of adoption of this title, the seniority rights of employees shall be based upon the length of their continuous service with that political subdivision. L. 1986, c. 112, s. 11A:9-10, eff. Sept. 25, 1986.
